Problema su C O D 4

Ciao a tutti!

vi pongo un problema...
gioco a COD4 in single player, faccio alcune missioni del primo atto
e tac quando arrivo alla missione "Guerra Lampo" mi da questo errore !
Help !!!
Ho già installato e disinstallato più volte,
provato a fare missioni con risoluzioni diverse (anche a livello bassissimo tutto quadrettoso)
e con profili diversi
