ottimizzazione frequenze, cpu ecc

Non me ne vogliate, ma me ne intendo davvero poco . Qui di sotto allego quanto rilevato da da CPU-Z: domande.... senza overclockare, come ottimizzare il tutto (ad es a quanto posso portare l'apertura AGP, attualmente a 128 - la scheda video è una Sapphire ATI 9600 252 MB)? La RAM è a 400 MHZ? (me l'hanno venduta così.... io leggo frequenza di 199..essendo DDR va raddoppiata e quindi circa 400?). Grazie !
