The company was founded in October 1997 and achieved impressive revenues of US $100 Million and US $500 Million for the years 2001 and 2003 respectively. The Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) from 1998 to 2003 was 33%. Revenue for 2004 is forecasted to be US $700 Million.

Although the company is changing its name to Tul™ Corporation, it will continue to use the successful product brand name of “PowerColor™” for its graphics cards and mainboards. The PowerColor™ brand name has gained significant recognition over the last few months, which has also seen the company’s sales records being broken again and again. Tul™ Corporation will aggressively target to ship up to 500,000 PowerColor graphics cards per month during 2004.
