OCZ releases EL DDR IC in speeds up to DDR500 (4ns) for ultra high speed DDR modules

SANTA CLARA, CALIFORNIA

OCZ Technology Group would like to announce the availability of 466Mhz and 500Mhz OCZ EL DDR ICs. OCZ Technology EL DDR ICs are intended for use in system memory for bandwidth intensive applications that can take advantage of the increased memory speeds. OCZ technology plans to use these ICs in our PC-3700 and PC-4000 EL DDR modules, as we gain motherboard support for enhanced latency DDR.

"We will continue to lead the market with the fastest DDR ICs available" said Bhulinder Sethi, VP of Marketing. "Our only concern at this point is garnering support from motherboard and chipset manufacturers as Jedec continues to lag behind. At this time only ABIT has been able to provide motherboard support for DDR500 modules " For more information about our new EL DDR466 and EL DDR500 visit its product information page.<p>OCZ Technology Group Introduces PC-1200 Rambus in 184 pin / 16 Bit Format

SANTA CLARA, CALIFORNIA

OCZ Technology Group would like to announce the availability of 184pin OCZ Rambus PC-1200 RDRAM. OCZ Rambus PC-1200 modules are built using state of the art RSL (Rambus Signaling Level) Technology to achieve transfer rates exceeding 4.8GB/s of bandwidth.

OCZ Technology RDRAM modules utilizing RSL Technology allow both consumers and designers the ability to operate at significantly faster speeds than those currently available through other RDRAM devices.

OCZ Technology RDRAM PC-1200 modules are un-offically supported by the Intel i850E and SIS 658 chipsets.

"Our new line of PC-1200 184 pin Rambus was developed to meet the overwhelming demand for 184 pin format 1200Mhz Rambus." said Bhulinder Sethi, VP of Marketing. "Our products have and will continue to offer the end user the absolute highest performance for their money."
