By emphasizing leadership in the analysis of wafer process and packaging techniques , as well as the best array of PCB, TwinMOS has improved the Clock Frequency of memory to 4.3 ns by utilising voltage as low as 2.7V¡À0.1V, with signalling output to 466MHz. TwinMOS PC3700 memory chips are marked as 43B, which stand for 4.3ns/CL2.5 (see figure 2). The result is unsurpassed performance as measured by industry benchmark tests.</blockquote></i>
