Anche Soltek presenta una nuova scheda madre che, basata sull'ormai consolidato chipset VIA K8T800, verrà inclusa alla futura offerta di scheda madri per Athlon64.

La scheda sarà dotata di molte features grazie al Southbridge VT8237 con cui viene venduta. E' stata prevista anche una versione più economica con il VT8235 che sarà denominata SL-K8AV-R.
