The main problem with the DFI board is shown up by the benchmarks. It was able to stand up to the other two during the synthetic benches, but it fell quite dramatically behind in 3dMark and RTCW. Again, at around the $90 mark, you get what you paid for. However, what makes this board my first choice is its overclockability. My Duron was only becoming unstable at around 1050 Mhz which isnÂ’t bad. After running for several weeks, no teething problems emerged (to RastlinÂ’s horror). It is also among the cheapest RAID boards I have seen. If you are interested in overclocking, want RAID and are looking for a cheaper alternative to boards such as the KR7 then this is up there.
