Nuove Kingmax tinyBGA DDR333

Presentate ufficialmente oggi da Kingmax, le nuove DDR SDRAM PC2700 (operanti ad una frequenza di 166x2MHz):

TinyBGA DDR333 memory module from well-known Taiwanese memory module maker Kingmax is not only the winner of numerous top awards but also the darling of many local- and foreign-based over-clocking web sites that have adopted the Kingmax DDR333 module as their test platform. Major motherboard makers have also verified that it is the best in terms of compatibility and stability when used in an over-clocked environment, whether with Intel i845D, AMD760, VIA P4X266A, KT266A or SiS645 chipsets. The Kingmax DDR333 module performs so well that transmission bandwidth can be increased by up to 30% and more, while at the same time is not limited by supporting just a specific platform.

The TinyBGA DDR333 memory module is based on advanced TinyBGA packaging technology. It is compatible with DDR266 and DDR300, and transmits data at a maximum tradition-defying frequency of 333 MHz. Each memory module has to undergo a rigorous 300% testing and selection process; whereby each chip is 100% examined by the Advantest 5585 tester, then tested for compatibility with motherboards and 100% re-tested by R&D personnel during module-making, thereby making each chip a 100% original-manufacturer product. Consumers can thus have total peace of mind when using Kingmax products.
