Partnership tra XGI e D&H

Taipei—Feb 4, 2005— XGI Technology Inc., a leading graphics solution provider, today announced its distribution agreement with D&H Distributing - one of the most preferred wholesale products distributors in the U.S. D&H will distribute XGI's Volari Board products to a broad base of value-added resellers, system integrators and system builders. With D&H’s multi-divisional capabilities, they will market and sell XGI’s desktop products of Volari™ V3, V3XT, V5 and V8.

“XGI is pleased to have D&H as our partner. With a great professional reputation in the channel, D&H will be an ideal partner to strategically expand our market into the U.S.” said Simon Pickard, U.S. senior sales director of XGI. “By leveraging D&H’s extensive expertise in targeted system builder markets, XGI will further our reach by providing best-in-class products and services to their customer base .”

"System builders need to offer as much high-performance capability as possible and still come through with the most competitive bid. Quality graphics are a key differentiator for the custom-PC market," said Tina Fisher, purchasing director at D&H. "XGI's range of products can give the D&H system builder an edge in a crowded arena where he's not always the biggest reseller in the running. We're proud to help XGI introduce the US market to such a powerful, versatile and cost-effective line of graphics cards."

“Volari™ brand incorporates value, main stream and high end desktop graphics solutions. For the value market, Volari™ V3 is an entry level graphics solution which employs an advanced graphics algorithm that is optimized for the smallest gate count; Volari™ V3XT is the advanced version of V3, which is the only product in the value segment offering HDTV features. This results in not only low cost but also high performance in both D3D and OpenGL applications. Volari™ V5 processors have been designed to provide mainstream customers with an alternative choice that is cost effective. Finally, Volari™ V8 processors have been designed to provide customers requiring higher performance with the best cinematic 3D gaming sensation.
