Sharkoon is introducing an efficient and quiet cooling solution for hard disks and drives which tend to heat up during use: the black 5.25" HDD cooler with a 140mm silent fan comes pre-mounted in a 5.25" drive frame. The frame fits into all 5.25" drive bays and can be mounted quickly and easily directly above the hard disk which is to be cooled. The 140mm silent fan provides effective cooling at low rpms. At only 900 rpm, the fan pushes an air stream volume of 82.83 cu. m each hour at a noise level of just 22 decibels. Vibration muffling rubber washers between the fan screws and mounting frame provide additional noise reduction. The fan measures 140 x 140 x 25 mm alone and 145 x 145 x 35 mm in the drive frame. A 4-pin plug is used for the power connection and mounting screws are included in delivery.
