<strong>Support for SLI X16</strong><br />

<p><strong>Support for DDR2</strong><br />
With the market shifting to DDR2 memory, the LANParty UT NF590 SLI-M2R offers NVIDIA Certified SLI-Ready DDR2 Memory technology.  Users will have a piece of mind with knowing their DFI motherboard and certain DDR2 memory are back up with certified compatibility.  The LANParty UT NF590 SLI-M2R also supports advanced performance memory settings using Enhanced Performance Profiles (EPP), making it easier for the DIYer to spec and build their own systems.<br />
<strong>First to use 5 phase digital PWM</strong><br />
DFI is the first in the industry to use 5 phase digital PWM, a technology prior only seen on server motherboards.  Digital controllers eliminate the dangers of overheating and exploding capacitors, giving users a safer and better monitored control over the overclocking.<br />
<strong>First copper heat sink fan</strong><br />

ehehe si ma per me è un po' troppo...ok che è una dfi...e la qualità si paga...però....

a me servirebbe la versione NON sli....ma mi sa che starà comunque attorno ai 180 vero? se è così mi sa che staro su msi...che tanto se ci sn i pezzi oggi ordino!!

mi dovrò studiare anche questa per terminare la fantomatica guida sui chipset AM2.

ram vicine al processore, come vuole la tradizione AMD....e con questo chipset torna anche il doppio bridge sulla scheda madre...anche se con funzioni diverse rispetto ai vecchi north e south bridge.

queste schede (590) possono praticare una sorta di overclock automatico se trovano componenti certificate.... ....ad esempio portano in avvio la frequenza del bus PCI express a 125Mhz.....per adesso solo con le 7900gtx.

Per fare un paragone veloce con i miei idoli della ASUS... ....costa poco più di una ASUS Crosshair.....che all'incirca ha le stesse cose (a parte le fasi di alimentazione che nella ASUS sono 8 invece di 5 ma non sono digitali ed il controller audio...peccato che DFI sia rimasta sul vecchio Realtek). Però costa anche quasi 100 euro in più della M2N32-SLI (che ha lo stesso chipset) e dubito che la superi di molto in prestazioni a default.

Per i confronti poi ci sarà tempo.......

Bellissima, ricorda la versione Venus per NF4... Molto bellli e soprattutto utili i dissipatori in rame sui chipset. Quelli in alluminio della serie attuale sono un pò scarsini... chi passrà ad AM2 e vorrà spendere ben 250€ di MB avrà di che divertirsi... se poi ci abbini le corsair da 1200mhz.... WR IN ARRIVO!!!!

il 590 mai provato.....ma molte schede (ASUS ad esempio ) adottano soluzioni completamente passive.
